1. Do you have an area with tables for a party?
Yes, we have two canopy covered areas with picnic tables.
2. Do people who would like to just watch the snow tubers have to pay?
No, it does not cost anything to come out to the farm. We have plenty of space for spectators to stand or
sit while watching the tubers.
3. Can we bring our own food when we come out to Snow on the Farm?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food or beverages. We do have hot dogs, kettle corn, and a varity of snacks
available for you to purchase along with hot chocolate & sodas. See Food Court
4. Do you have birthday party packages?
Yes, birthday packages are available. Call Raylene at 209-456-4142. In most cases you will need to purchase your
Snow Tubing tickets on line or at the farm.
5. Is there some place close to get pizza delivered for our visit?
Yes, we have two local pizza parlors that will deliver to Snow Tube Mountain.
Mountain Mike’s Pizza at 229 East Louise Avenue, Lathrop - (209) 858-1444 and
Royal Pizza at 159 Lathrop Road, Lathrop – (209) 858-1141.
6. Do little kids have to have a ticket?
Anyone riding a tube on Snow Tube Mountain must have a ticket. Riders shorter than 36” tall are not allowed to ride on a
tube and any rider between 36” and 42” must ride on a double tube with an adult.
7. Do both riders have to have a ticket when they use a double tube?
Yes.
From the Bay Area - take I-580 east to I-205 toward Tracy. After the I-5 merge to Sacramento, take the first exit at
Mossdale Road. Turn right at stop sign, then make first right and go under the freeway. Turn right onto S. Manthey Road.

From Sacramento - take I-5 south through Stockton/ Lathrop. Take the Manthey Road exit, turn right at stop sign. Follow
approximately .41 miles to Holidays on the Farm on the left.
From Modesto - take SR-99 to SR-120 to I-5 South. Take the first exit (just before I-205) Manthey Road, turn right at
the stop sign. Follow approximately .41 miles to Holidays on the Farm on the left.
9. Are there any activities besides snow tubing?
Yes, we have many activities for everyone. There is Ice Skating, Zip Lines, Petting Zoo and our 1 mile drive thru light display. For a complete list click here for more details.
10. How do I purchase tickets?
For your convenience we have 3 different ways to purchase tickets. You can purchase tickets at the Snow Tubing Ticket
booth at the farm during regular operating hours. (link). Another way is on-line. (link). A minimal processing fee applies
for on-line ticket sales.
11. How old do you have to be to go snow tubing?
There is not an age requirement to go snow tubing. However, there is a height requirement of at least 42” to snow tube
alone and any rider between 36” and 42” must ride on a double tube with an adult. If you are shorter than 36” you are
not allowed to snow tube.
12. How old do you have to be to go on the Zip Line?
There is not an age requirement to go on the Zip Lines, but there is a weight limit. A person must weight at least 60 pounds
and not more than 265 pounds.
13. What should we wear?
You should dress warm, especially if the sun is not out. You should layer your clothes. Boots or a shoe with traction is
recommended. Sandals and high heels are not allowed. Gloves are recommended if you are going to be in the Snow Play
Area or if it is just very cold outside. Check the weather report for the day you are planning your trip to Snow on the
Farm.
14. Do we need to bring our own tube?
No, we provide the tubes for all our tubers. We have a small tube for our school age kids and larger tubes for bigger kids
and adults. We also have double tubes for the wee ones to tube with an adult.
15. Can we bring our dog?
The family dog is welcome at the farm, however, we ask that you keep your pet on a leash at all times. Dogs are not
allowed in the Snow Play Area or on the Snow Tube Mountain. We ask that you use good judgement since you know your
pet better than we do.
16. What if we have to cancel?
All ticket purchases are final. We do not make refunds. So, please plan your trip to Snow on the Farm very carefully.
17. Are you open when it rains?
Yes, since Snow Tube Mountain is covered by a roof, tubing is open rain or shine. Most areas on the mountain are covered
except for a short time when you get to the bottom of the hill to return to the people mover to get up the hill. We have
canopied areas for spectators to protect them from the rain. But should the event be cancelled, Dell'Osso will try to
reschedule your reservation, although there are no guarantees.
18. Do you have group rates?
No, we do not have Snow Tubing group rates.
19. Can we bring our own sleds or tubes to go down Snow Tube Mountain?
No outside snow play equipment is allowed on Snow Tube Mountain. We provide the tubes you will use to go down the
mountain.
20. Do we have to pay to park?
No, parking is FREE. We have never charged to park at the farm.
